Terms and conditions
01 / Who you are buying from
Dark Mode Studio, an Amsterdam design practice founded by Hussein Shirvani, trading in the Netherlands. Contact: hello@darkmode.studio.
02 / What you receive
A publish-ready Framer project, the Figma file it was designed in, a short setup guide, and every future version of that template at no extra cost. Webflow and WordPress builds are not included today.
03 / Your licence
One purchase covers one live end site, yours or a client's. Build as many client sites as you like, one licence each. You may modify anything. You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license or publish the files as a template, kit or starter, on their own or inside another product.
04 / Payment
Checkout runs through Contra or Polar. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT where VAT applies; your invoice comes from the provider that took the payment.
05 / Refunds
Template files are digital goods, delivered immediately, so the sale is final once you have downloaded or remixed them, and you agree to that at checkout. If a file is broken or missing and we cannot fix it, you get your money back. Ask before you buy if you are unsure, that is what the demo and the inbox are for.
06 / Updates and support
Updates are free for life. Support is by email with no time limit, covering the template itself: setup, structure, and anything we shipped incorrectly. It does not cover custom design work, or teaching Framer and Figma from scratch.
07 / Third-party platforms
You need your own Framer and Figma accounts, on whatever plan those products require. Their pricing, features and behaviour are theirs to change, and we cannot be responsible when they do.
08 / Liability
Templates are supplied as they are. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost data or other indirect damage arising from using them, and total liability is capped at what you paid. Nothing here limits rights you hold as a consumer under Dutch or EU law.
09 / Governing law
Dutch law applies, and disputes go to the courts of Amsterdam.
10 / Changes
Terms can change for future purchases. The version dated at the top of this page is the one that applied when you bought.
